"Policies are standard solutions to recurring situations"

Ours is basically a very simple business. And our policies are also quite simple...and there are only a few of them. Please take the time to read these, and when you make your reservation, either online or by phone, please indicate that you have read and understood them and that you have no problem abiding by them.

  • Payment in cash is due in full when the equipment is delivered. Sorry, no personal checks.

  • Reservations may be cancelled for any reason prior to delivery. We routinely call to confirm each appointment, especially if inclement weather seems to threaten your event. However, once a unit is delivered, the customer is expected to honor the reservation.

  • The customer must ensure that there is an electrical outlet and/or water service within 100 feet of the location of the moonwalk or water slide. Hip Hop Moonwalks does not provide portable generators or water pumps.

  • The customer will be required at the time of delivery to sign a contract that covers most of the items in these General Policies.

  • The customer is fully responsible for the safety of those who use it. Hip Hop Moonwalks is not responsible for any injury sustained while using the equipment. Your homeowners or liability insurance fully covers these eventualities.

  • The customer is also fully responsible for the equipment while it is in the customer’s possession. If the equipment is damaged or stolen while in your possession, you will be fully responsible for its repair or replacement.

  • Absolutely NO silly string, fireworks, or sharp objects are to be used in or around the equipment. Our inflatables are made of very durable fire-retardant vinyl, but they are not indestructible. Silly string permanently discolors the vinyl, and exploding fireworks and sharp objects may puncture the vinyl.

  • The equipment will be inspected at the time of pick up and any damage to the unit will be noted at that time.
